HIIT Power is the most intense class in our studio — and the favorite of members who want fast results without sacrificing technique. High-intensity intervals alternated with active recovery periods elevate your metabolism for up to 24 hours after the workout.

The Apex methodology combines multi-joint movements, bodyweight exercises, and functional equipment in timed blocks. No two classes are alike: varied stimuli keep your body adapting and your mind locked in every session.
